Gannon University is comprised of two vibrant campuses in Erie, Pa. and Ruskin, Fla. Support for International Students

Members of the Office of Global Support and Student Engagement at Gannon will pick you up from the airport when you first arrive and help you get settled. While you are here, this office will also provide:

  • Ongoing support for immigration, cultural adjustment and special needs
  • Scheduled transportation to nearby shopping areas 
  • Connection to employment opportunities
  • Community events
  • Ongoing referrals to academic advisors and other support services as needed

Location

Gannon is located in the heart of Erie, Pennsylvania, a safe, friendly, urban environment with a low cost of living and an international airport. Erie, Pa. is in the Northeast U.S., so you can  reach many coastal destinations within a few hours by car or one hour by plane.

Applicants for undergraduate study

  • Official copies of academic records from each secondary/high school attended accompanied by official, literal English translations.
  • Statement of Purpose. This statement should include information concerning your life and specific purpose for applying to Gannon.

Applicants for graduate study

  • Official copies of academic records from each college/university attended, accompanied by official English translations.
  • Official test report of graduate entrance exam (i.e. GRE, GMAT, or MAT) scores may be required by your program (please refer to your program's Fact Sheet to determine if this is a requirement). Non-degree students are not required to submit test scores.

2021-22 HOUSING COSTS

Please note that these costs are per semester based on nine-month contracts for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. Cost includes a $5/semester Activity Fee and a $25/semester Laundry Usage Fee; Finegan, Wehrle & West Hall also include a $40/semester microfridge fee. All spaces come with internet, utilities and furniture included. Summer is not included in this Academic Year contract. L

HOUSING APPLICATION FEE

This is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $100 that is applied to an incoming student's first semester bill. There is nothing a student needs to pay beyond the enrollment deposit in order to complete the housing application.

GU CONNECT FEE

The GU Connect Fee of $165 is a recurring charge each semester for all students that live on campus to provide Gannon wireless internet in buildings. This fee is incorporated into a student's semester bill.
